Meet Josh Garvey
Joshua Garvey brings over twenty five years of experience in marketing, sales, leadership development, and business operations. He currently serves as the COO of a national marketing and sales company, where he works closely with executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams to drive strategy, communication, culture, and sustainable growth. Josh has coached and developed business leaders across multiple industries, helping them build both profitable and principled companies.
Josh is also a marriage mentor, retreat facilitator, and leadership coach who is deeply committed to building strong families, ethical leaders, and Kingdom minded businesses. Together with Elizabeth, he cofounded Destiny Global to bring the integration of leadership, neuroscience, relationship restoration, and spiritual truth to individuals, couples, and leaders around the world.
Dr. Meet Elizabeth Garvey
Dr. Garvey is also a seasoned worship leader, songwriter, and author of multiple works focused on identity, marriage, healing, and purpose. Alongside her husband Josh, she owns and operates The Lighthouse Retreat Center in Alaska, where they host intensives, leadership gatherings, and restorative retreats. Her life work is centered on restoring hearts, strengthening families, and equipping leaders to bring healing into cities and nations through love and truth.
